More and more employers are offering wellness programs in an attempt to encourage their employees to live a healthier lifestyle, with such offerings as smoking cessation help or gym memberships. While the verdict is still out as to whether these popular programs bring down insurance costs, they do appear to have positive effects on workers' health and mental wellbeing.
